Maryam Apaokagi, born 1998 (approx. 27), hails from Ikorodu, Lagos State, Nigeria. A Multimedia Arts graduate from the University of Lagos, Taaooma writes, directs, and stars in her family-drama skits—playing all characters from stern fathers to nagging mothers.

She uses comedy as activism, highlighting issues like domestic violence and girls’ education, and has performed at the Alibaba-sponsored “Comedy Night With Ay”
