Lasisi Elenu (Nosa Afolabi)

Born 20 April 1989 (age 36) in Kano, Nigeria, Nosa Afolabi—better known as Lasisi Elenu—is one of Africa’s most-watched digital comedians. He holds a BSc in Agricultural Economics from the University of Ilorin and founded Elenu Productions.

Lasisi shot to fame with his “wide-mouth” Snapchat filter skits, satirizing Nigerian social issues and everyday life. He’s featured in Nollywood films such as The Razz Guy and starred in Netflix’s The Ghost and the Tout. His accolades include a nomination for The Future Awards Africa Prize for Comedy (2018) and being named among Nigeria’s Top 25 Under-30 Superstars (2020)
