Helen Paul (Helen Paul Bamisile)
Born 1 May 1983 (age 42) in Lagos, Nigeria, Helen Paul—aka “Tatafo”—is a stand-up comedian, actress, singer, and academic. She earned a doctorate in Theatre Arts from the University of Lagos. Helen’s child-voice persona “Tatafo” became a radio hit on Wetin Dey (Radio Continental), and she later co-hosted JARA on Africa Magic.
Beyond comedy, Helen Paul has released Afro-Pop and RnB singles, and founded the Helen Paul Theatre & Film Academy and Massive Fabrics & Bridals boutique chain
