Brain Jotter (Chukwuebuka Emmanuel Amuzie)

Brain Jotter was born on 5 February 1996, in Orile Iganmu, Lagos State, Nigeria. Though raised in Lagos, he hails from Imo State and belongs to the Igbo ethnic group. He completed both his primary and secondary education in Lagos and went on to study Business Administration at the University of Lagos, graduating in 2024.

Comedy and Entertainment Career

Brain Jotter began his journey into comedy during his college days, performing at stand-up events such as “The Unleashed” and “Pencil Unbroken” in Abuja. However, it was in 2020 that his career skyrocketed, thanks to the viral success of his short comedy skits on Instagram.

Known for his expressive acting, quirky characters, and relatable humor, Brain Jotter quickly became a household name on Nigerian social media. He has collaborated with top Nigerian entertainers like Mr Funny (Sabinus), Nons Miraj, Bovi, and Don Jazzy, and also featured in the comedy series Papa Benji, created by Basketmouth.

In May 2024, he hosted his live event, Outside the Box Comedy Show, in Abuja, and later that year in November 2024, he headlined a stage play at the Ghanaian National Theatre titled “U Play Me, I Play U” written by Ghanaian playwright Efo Kodjo Mawugbe.

He is also a brand ambassador for The Shawn Exchange, a leading company in digital assets and cryptocurrency.
