A Nigerian monarch has called for the arrest of controversial social media personality Mandy Kiss following her announcement of a planned “marathon s*x challenge” in Lagos.
The Eselu of Iselu Kingdom in Ogun State, Oba Akintunde Akinyemi, made the appeal in an open letter to Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, urging authorities to intervene before what he described as a “national embarrassment” unfolds.
The controversy began when Mandy Kiss—real name Ayomiposi Oluwadahunsi—shared a flier announcing her intention to attempt a Guinness World Records for engaging in s*x with 100 men within 24 hours, scheduled for October 30, 2025, in Ikorodu, Lagos. The Guinness World Records organization has already publicly dismissed the idea, stressing that it will not recognize such an attempt.
Despite this, Mandy Kiss insisted she would go ahead, sparking outrage across Nigeria’s social media space. Known online as the self-styled “President of Olosho,” Mandy Kiss has built a reputation for provocative content, often drawing both criticism and amusement in equal measure.
Oba Akinyemi, however, condemned the plan as “disgraceful, dangerous, and an embarrassment to Ogun State and the nation at large.” He called for Mandy Kiss to undergo psychiatric evaluation and a drug test, while urging the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) and other federal bodies to step in.
“The best way forward is to arrest her before this act, which Guinness itself has rejected, tarnishes the image of Lagos State,” the monarch wrote.
The planned stunt has also ignited a storm of reactions online. Some Nigerians mocked the monarch’s intervention, joking that he might want to “join the challenge himself,” while others agreed with his concerns, citing the moral influence such acts could have on the youth.
While critics argue that the monarch should focus on more pressing issues, supporters insist that public figures like Mandy Kiss must be held accountable for promoting what they see as “moral decadence.”
This isn’t Mandy Kiss’ first brush with controversy. Over the years, she has courted attention with bold statements, unconventional skits, and suggestive online content, which has made her a polarizing figure in Nigeria’s digital entertainment scene.
For now, the fate of the October 30 event remains uncertain, but what is clear is that Mandy Kiss has once again placed herself at the center of Nigeria’s viral conversations—where humor, outrage, and satire collide.
